Happy New Year, friends! Tis the season for resolutions, new diets, cleaning, and organizing. I love the concept of a fresh start and the opportunity to re-evaluate. One of the biggest things I learned in 2016 was to let go of the unimportant and non-essential. Many of my burdens were self-imposed— through unrealistic expectations and pressure to meet standards that weren’t even important to me.
I got to work early on my 2017 resolution because it was too important to wait for: drop the stuff that doesn’t matter, to make room for what I most enjoy. Amongst all the changes you are considering at the start of the year, put prioritizing at the top of your list, and everything else will fall into place. Hoping that this is your best year yet!
