I adore everything vintage and I find it incredibly amazing when a photographer is able to capture an image in today’s world that looks like it was taken right from another era. In this case, it was the culmination of talents from photographer CakeKnife Photography, along with a fabulous hair and makeup team and a creative vision from the bride and groom themselves. Not only was this couple transformed into the likeness of Marilyn Monroe and Joe Dimaggio, but their wedding actually took place at the same location AND on same date as the famous couple did, 60 years earlier.
