I grew up in a very Irish-American area and when St. Patrick’s Day would roll around, my little Italian self would always feel left out. I would ask my mom every year: “Are you sure we aren’t Irish? Not even a little?”. As I got older, I learned to embrace my family heritage and also learned that you don’t need to actually be Irish to celebrate St. Patrick’s Day. As a bonus, my husband has some Irish in his family and after all of those years of complaining, I now have an Irish last name! Hope that this board, dedicated to the beautiful country of Ireland, inspires you and gets you excited for St. Patrick’s Day!
Thanks to these talented photographers for allowing me to showcase their beautiful work.
