Fall gets all of the love, but lately, I’ve been feeling like spring is the dark horse of the seasons— overlooked, underappreciated, and filled with so many great qualities.
A FRESH START
Setting resolutions on January 1st and carrying them out through the end of the year is near impossible. Thankfully we’re given an opportunity to reset at the beginning of every day, along with some unofficial milestones throughout the year to remind us of the gift of renewal. Spring is our first stop!

There’s no doubt that you’re about to be inundated with imagery and messages of new life and new beginnings. Start to take notice and identify these as reminders to you— that this is your time to recommit to the goals you set in January, or to start new ones.
We can’t control everything in life, but we can take charge of our own thoughts and actions— which have the power to influence others in a positive way!
- Turn those excuses that start with “I can’t because…” into “I can, and I will.”
- Look at a not-so-great situation in your life, and find the silver lining. Is there something you can do to turn it around or make it better?
- Go get it! That thing you’ve been wanting to try? That person you’ve been wanting to connect with? Take the first step. Fulfill your own destiny instead of waiting for someone or something to step in and do it for you.
Make your own luck.
If you can dream it, you can do it.
