I’m not going to even apologize for sharing this before Halloween. Thanksgiving is my favorite holiday of the year, and I’m already counting down the days until it arrives. Today, I’m sharing a new type of printable that I’ve never shared before— prayer cards!
Not a Thanksgiving has gone by where my family hasn’t taken a few moments of gratitude, to thank God for our many blessings before digging into our delicious feast. Sometimes we utilize our go-to, “Bless us oh Lord…” mealtime prayer, but my Mom has started finding new meaningful prayers for each of our gatherings, and assigning one of my unsuspecting cousins to read them. Even though I won’t be “home” for Thanksgiving this year, I’ll be throwing this lovely prayer into our rotation (upon Mom’s approval of course).
Whether you hand these out around your dinner table, or display it in your home around the holidays, it is my hope that it will bring joy to anybody who reads it.
