One of my earliest invitation clients chose yellow and silver as their wedding colors, and at the time, I thought it was such a unique and lovely combination. My sentiments remain, however, this color combination is no longer unique! It has become extremely popular among weddings in the past few years and has been implemented in a variety of styles. One of the greatest things about these colors is that they can work for a handmade country-chic wedding, or a fancy wedding in the big city. What I find interesting is that I haven’t seen a lot of mixing of metallic gold and silver, but more so of the matte colors of yellow/gold and grey— maybe that trend has yet to start!
